By using the services provided by Exclusive Garage ("we", "us", or "Company"), including collision repair, custom paint, auto detailing, and automotive paint supplies, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services
Exclusive Garage provides automotive repair and enhancement services including, but not limited to:

  • Collision Repair
  • Custom Paint Services
  • Auto Detailing
  • Automotive Paint Supplies
  • Towing Services (if applicable)

We strive to deliver high-quality workmanship, using industry-standard tools such as CCC One software for estimates. Specific services, turnaround times, and pricing will be provided in writing through our estimates and service agreements.

3. Estimates, Payment, and Insurance

  • Estimates: We provide free estimates using our CCC One software. Estimates are non-binding and subject to change based on additional repairs or unforeseen issues.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and payments via insurance.
  • Insurance Claims: We work with major insurance companies. However, final liability for accurate reporting and claim processing rests with the Customer.

4. Warranty and Disclaimers

  • Warranty: We offer a one-year warranty on all collision repairs and paint jobs, covering workmanship and materials used. This warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, misuse, or acts of nature.
  • Disclaimer: EXCLUSIVE GARAGE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and any relevant insurance details.
  • You are responsible for timely communication and for picking up your vehicle upon notification of repair completion.
  • You agree to notify us promptly of any issues or concerns regarding the completed work.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Exclusive Garage, its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with the services provided—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services rendered.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials on our website and in our service documentation are the intellectual property of Exclusive Garage. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to pursue litigation or class actions against Exclusive Garage.

9. Modifications to Terms
Exclusive Garage reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
